Handling an Office of Civil Rights Investigation

During this discussion Patty Hector, director of the Saline County Library, will discuss their experience working with the Office of Civil Rights (part of the Department of Education) to resolve a complaint regarding the accessibility of the library's website and online programs. We will touch on elements of web accessibility, but this discussion will primarily focus on what happens during an investigation and how OCR works with you to resolve the complaint.
