North Little Rock Public Library System is currently in search of a dedicated Adult Community Educator to join its Adult Department. As an Adult Community Educator, you will play a vital role in engaging and assisting adult library users, possessing a strong understanding of library automation systems, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Adult Department. Effective communication, organizational skills, and adaptability are key attributes for success in this position. Understanding and addressing the unique needs of adult patrons is crucial, with experience in public service preferred.

The position offers a competitive initial salary, ranging from $16 to $30 per hour or an annual salary of $33,280 to $62,400, based on education and experience. If you possess a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent from an ALA-accredited institution, or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of related experience, we invite you to apply.
